What changes will be funded by this bond?

Modern Imaging Suite
Time to treatment matters. Construction of a modern imaging suite will include CT scanning services which are critical in immediately identifying stroke, abdominal issues, and concussions. On average 57% of our ER patients are sent elsewhere because we do not have a CT unit. Patient retention is key in calculating net revenue.
