Staircase to Learning Center

Staircase finish is brittle and chipping. Has been stapled as well as covered with red cautionary tape to prevent potential tripping hazards. Several team members use these stairs multiple times daily.

Building Exterior
Decisions made long ago are no longer suitable. We want to make sure the facility improvements being made will be appropriate for long term functionality. The exterior finish and paint are currently peeling. We would like to see the entire building resided.

Windows
Our facility has aluminum frame windows throughout.
Our goal is to replace all windows with vinyl windows. Vinyl windows offer better long-term value due to lower maintenance needs. Vinyl windows are more energy efficient, helping maintain indoor temperatures, and are more cost-effective over time.

Air Handling System
Currently. It's LOUD! Our administration side of the hospital has been getting by on having individual air conditioners (in every room) in summer, and space heaters in the winter. The building has two large swamp coolers that pump moderately damp air in - all of which is inefficient and potentially hazardous.
